Ben Affleck [1] and Matt Damon [2]'s bromance is alive and well. On Saturday night, the lifelong pals attended the Guys Choice Awards in LA, where they received the Guys of the Decade award [3]. Ben — who recently returned from London [4] — was clearly in a good mood as he joked on stage, saying, "I think it goes without saying that this is an award Matt and I have been dreaming about since we were little boys. I did Gigli and Matt did that Liberace movie, and all of a sudden it all seemed out of reach. Then I did [Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice] and all of a sudden it was back in reach again. Now we're the . . . coveted Dudes of the Decade . . . the Guys of the D*ckheads? What is it?" "No, the D*ckheads of the Decade award," Matt responded.
In addition to their special honor, Matt and Ben sat together in the audience, where they looked like giddy schoolgirls [5], whispering secrets in each other's ears, and linked up with Robert De Niro [6]. The actors have been Boston BFFs since childhood and even shared a screenwriting Oscar [7] for Good Will Hunting in 1998. Take a look at their friendship over the years [8].
