Not only did the music power couple [1] take over the street while cuddled up on a motorcycle, but Beyoncé was the sweetest as she waved to nearby fans and blew kisses at them.
Beyoncé and JAY-Z recently announced their On the Run II tour [3], and they also teamed up with DJ Khaled for his new single "Top Off [4]." So, is this a video for their tour? A video for their song with DJ Khaled? Or are Beyoncé and JAY-Z releasing a new song together and dropping a surprise video?
