When Gwen Stefani shot the first-ever live music video at the Grammys [3] on Monday night for her new single "Make Me Like You," many eagle-eyed viewers spotted the subtle, sweet shout-out she gave boyfriend Blake Shelton in the form of a blue neon sign hanging in the background. The sign appeared to read "Blake's," and after Gwen openly admitted that the song was about him [4] on Tuesday, the country star and the Voice judge confirmed the rumors once and for all by posing with the actual sign from the video. "Look who walked away with one of our props," Mary Ellen Duggan, a marketing director on Gwen's team, captioned the shot. "Thanks for being apart of the video @blakeshelton @gwenstefani." So sweet! Check out the photo above, then take a look at the couple's adorable night out at Clive Davis's pre-Grammys party [5]!
