Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie dined out at Il Vino in Paris last night and reportedly followed up their meal with a stop by Silencio nightclub. They may have been getting a head start on marking Angelina's 38th birthday, which is today, but they had another reason to celebrate as well since Brad premiered World War Z in Paris earlier in the day. The couple made their first public appearance since revealing Angelina's double mastectomy surgery on Sunday, when they attended the London premiere of the film. Angelina wore a glamorous Saint Laurent gown for the big event and told press that she's "very grateful" for the public concern about her health. They brought their oldest sons, Maddox and Pax, along for the event, though all of their children are with them overseas. The group hopped on a private plane earlier today to make their way to France, and once they touched down, Brad got right to work. He conducted interviews on a ferry and waved to fans as he disembarked.
