We'll admit that these recent photos of Bradley Cooper [1] made us do a triple take! The actor left a store in LA on Thursday looking almost unrecognizable with his thick beard and major muscles. Bradley's buff new bod — he reportedly put on 40 pounds — is likely due to his latest role as a Navy SEAL in the action flick American Sniper, which he is currently filming. The film is being directed by Clint Eastwood [2] and also stars Sienna Miller [3] and Luke Grimes. We last saw Bradley at the Oscars looking considerably less built, partying with his mom and sister [4] and starring in that now-unforgettable selfie with Ellen DeGeneres [5]. He is reportedly heading to the Met Gala in NYC next week and will likely have girlfriend Suki Waterhouse on his arm when he hits the red carpet; we're pretty excited to see that chiseled physique in a tuxedo on Monday.
