Monday marked Madonna's 58th birthday, and to celebrate, Britney Spears took to Instagram to share an adorable video of herself dancing with her 5-year-old niece Lexie. In the clip, Britney and Lexie — who takes a strong liking to a foam cylinder — prance around the room to Madonna's hit "Vogue," and at one point, Britney grabs a her own roller so the two can "play swords."

Britney, who collaborated with Madonna on 2003's "Me Against the Music" and shared a steamy kiss with the singer during the 2003 MTV VMAs, is returning to the award show's stage later this month [2] to perform her new material. Her ninth studio album, Glory, will be released on Aug. 26, and we've already been treated to four new songs [3] from the project.
