David Beckham rang in his 43rd birthday on Wednesday, and he had his entire family by his side to celebrate — even though he didn't think he would! After being spoiled with love and gifts by his brood [2] earlier in the day, David's wife Victoria shared a heartwarming video of their 19-year-old son Brooklyn, who is currently going to school at Parsons [3] in NYC, walking into a London restaurant to surprise his dad during a family meal. "The biggest surprise of the day . . . Welcome home @brooklynbeckham," Victoria captioned the video.

David appears to nearly choke on his food as he sees Brooklyn walk over, and the two embrace in a hug that might make you tear up. David also greeted Brooklyn with a few kisses as they whispered to each other. Oh, and our other favorite part of the clip? Hearing little Harper's British accent [4] as she says, "I didn't know Brooklyn was coming!" How sweet is this family [5]?
