A newly brunette Carey Mulligan had a big weekend while promoting her latest project, Inside Llewyn Davis, around NYC. On Saturday, Carey hit the red carpet for a screening of the movie during the New York Film Festival at Alice Tully Hall. She stepped out in a black Alexander McQueen dress and debuted her darker 'do while posing for photos. The following evening, Carey joined her Inside Llewyn Davis costars Oscar Isaac and John Goodman, the film's directors Joel and Ethan Coen, and a group of musicians including Patti Smith, Conor Oberst, and her husband, Marcus Mumford, at a one-night-only concert, "Another Day, Another Time: Celebrating the Music of Inside Llewyn Davis," in Manhattan. Carey spoke on stage during the event before crooning alongside folk singers Gillian Welch and Rhiannon Giddens. Justin Timberlake, who also stars with Carey in the music drama, wasn't able to attend as he was busy performing at the iTunes Festival in London over the weekend.
