Demi, who recently ended her six-year relationship with Wilmer Valderrama [2], is right at the beginning of her exciting Future Now Tour with Nick Jonas [3]. We've already seen the duo pop up for a gorgeous joint appearance in NYC [4], where Demi slayed yet another performance of "Confident."
