See How the Cast of Empire Owned the Night at the NAACP Image Awards

The NAACP Image Awards brought out Hollywood's biggest and brightest on Friday, and it was an especially exciting night for the cast of Empire. Not only did the show win the award for outstanding drama series, but stars Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard took home honors for their roles on the Fox show, and Jussie Smollett was the recipient of the 2016 Chairman's Award, given to those who "use their distinct platforms to be agents of change" — he also took the stage to perform.

Along with Taraji, Terrence, and Jussie, Empire's real-life couple Trai Byers and Grace Gealey had the look of love on the red carpet, and both Bryshere Gray and Serayah showed personality while posing for photos throughout the show.
