The 2013 Global Citizen Festival in NYC's Central Park brought big-name celebrities and musicians to the Big Apple on Saturday. In its second year, the event drew 60,000 fans to the park for a concert with a cause — to end extreme poverty around the world. Artists like Alicia Keys, John Mayer, U2, Stevie Wonder, and Kings of Leon took the stage to perform, while celebrities like Katie Holmes, Gerard Butler, and Olivia Wilde and fiancé Jason Sudeikis were on hand to talk about the cause and warm up the crowd. During the show, Alicia dedicated her song “Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart” to “all the children of the world who might have to sleep with a broken heart," later saying, "I'm here to make a statement."
