Cameron Diaz turned 44 on Tuesday, and some of her famous girlfriends took to social media to send birthday wishes her way. Gwyneth Paltrow gave Cameron an incredibly sweet shout-out on Instagram on Aug. 30 when she posted a cuddly photo of them hanging with Cameron's longtime friend Drew Barrymore. In the snap, the trio flash smiles for the camera while hanging out by what appears to be a backyard pool. "Dear @camerondiaz, before the day ends, I bid you a happy birthday, and I hit the ground with gratitude for getting to be one of the women who calls you a best friend," Gwyneth wrote. Of course, Cameron is no stranger to her friends boasting about how awesome she is [2]. Everyone from Drew to Nicole Richie has spoken out about why she's a great friend, actress, and person.
