Hoda Kotb is a mom! On Tuesday, the Today anchor revealed that she adopted a little girl named Haley Joy Kotb, who was born on Feb. 14. "She's a Valentine's baby," she told the show during an emotional phone call. "She is the love of my life." Hoda, who has been dating financier Joel Schiffman for several years, celebrated the exciting news by posting a sweet snapshot of her daughter on social media simply writing "my girl." Congrats to the new mom!
