Apparently, there are people out there who believe Ryan Reynolds [1] and Jake Gyllenhaal [2]'s budding bromance [3] is just a publicity ploy for their new movie, Life [4], and Jake was more than happy to put those rumors to rest during an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers on Thursday. Jake, who described Ryan as "just a great dude," pulled out his phone and FaceTimed his friend in front of the audience. Although he didn't pick up right away, he eventually called back while he was "pushing [his daughters' [5]] baby strollers" around outside. It's not only another hilarious moment in the saga that is their (100 percent genuine) friendship [6], but also good practice since they're going to be doing a lot of FaceTiming in the future. Jake, after all, isn't allowed back at Ryan's house [7] for quite a while.
