Jennifer was all smiles as she left the bash with pals Portia, Ellen, and Zooey Deschanel [4]. From the looks of it, Jen's new locks rest at least four inches past her shoulders. Her last drastic change came in November, when the actress chopped off her hair [5] in favor of a low-maintenance bob that ended at her jawline.
