Jennifer Garner unloaded her car and headed into a Santa Monica, CA, birthday party with Violet yesterday. Violet carried a striped package from the Brentwood toy store JennyBec's while Jennifer had a Whole Foods bag in hand. The bash wasn't the only recent celebration for the Garner-Afflecks since little Samuel turned 1 years old on Wednesday. His milestone came after dad Ben picked up the best picture Oscar for Argo last weekend. He and Jennifer celebrated at Vanity Fair's Oscars party, and Ben later shaved off the beard he'd been growing since the beginning of award season. Ben showed off his fresh face at the TED Conference in Long Beach, CA, where Reese Witherspoon also made an appearance. Ben got back to family time by the end of last week though and took Seraphina to breakfast on Friday.
