Nearly two years after Jennifer Garner [1] and Ben Affleck [2] initially announced their split [3], the Nine Lives actress [4] is reportedly officially filing for divorce [5]. Although the news is certainly a downer, Jennifer was all smiles during an afternoon out in LA on Thursday. She was photographed leaving a nail salon and appeared to be in good spirits as she made her way to the car in flip-flops. Despite making their breakup permanent, Jen has repeatedly insisted that she and Ben, whom she was married to for 10 years, "are great friends," [6] and that they're dedicated to making their "modern family" work. Judging from all of their friendly outings together [7] post-breakup, they're doing just fine.
