Jessica's Five Food Groups
After seeing Jessica in Puerto Rico with Derek we were all dying to know her diet secrets. We always see her working out but recently she told In Touch that she also keeps fit by eating whole-wheat pasta, chicken, veggies, and fruit six days a week! That's got to get tiring so on the seventh day she treats herself to a piece of dark chocolate. “I think everything in moderation is the key,” the 24-year-old star says. “Don’t overload on sugar and carbs.” So that's what it takes to look like that!
