Jill faced immediate backlash from her followers for her comments and later posted a tweet referring to rape as a "despicable, cowardly crime."

Bill Cosby has been accused of sexually assaulting [8] at least 13 women. The allegations have been around for years, but they reemerged after comic Hannibal Buress called Bill a "rapist" [9] during a stand-up set in October. Several women have recently come forward to detail their alleged sexual assault at the hands of Bill, including model Janice Dickinson [10].
