Julia Louis-Dreyfus [1] is used to getting laughs for the countless burns she churns out on Veep [2], and she worked a few into her acceptance speech for outstanding performance by a female actor in a comedy series [3] at the SAG Awards on Sunday night. The actress, who also took home an Emmy for the role [4] in September, mocked President Donald Trump [5]'s penchant for using "alternative facts" [6] (aka blatant, boastful lies). "Whether or not the Russians hacked the SAG Awards, I look out on the million, or maybe a million and a half people in this room, and I say this award is legitimate, and I won!" she joked. It's not the first time she's come out swinging [7] against the former reality star, but it might be her funniest.
