After 13 years of marriage, Julie Bowen and Scott Phillips are calling it quits. People reports [1] the Modern Family star and her husband, a real-estate investor, are separating just a few months after celebrating their September wedding anniversary. The pair tied the knot back in 2004 and share three sons: Oliver, 10, and 8-year-old twins John and Gustav.
Over the last few years, Julie has been open about her family life. In addition to gushing about her children on late-night shows [3], she told People [4] that Scott has always been "so supportive" of her TV success on Modern Family, which recently celebrated its 200th episode [5].
Julie and Scott haven't been seen on the red carpet together since the 2016 Los Angeles LGBT Center's 47th Anniversary Gala Vanguard Awards, however, where the 47-year-old actress joked that she and her longtime husband were "too tired" to divorce [6]. They were most recently spotted out at a Harlem Globetrotters game in LA with their kids almost a year ago, in February 2017.
