Justin Bieber made his way down the red carpet at this year's Nickelodeon HALO Awards in NYC on Saturday. The Canadian singer, who recently released his new album, Purpose [1], kept things casual in an all-black outfit and showed off his smoldering good looks while posing for photos with Joe Jonas [2], Tori Kelly, and Nick Cannon. Justin was honored with the first-ever hall of fame award [3] for his charity work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Pencils of Promise.

While accepting his award, Justin asked the audience to take a moment of silence to honor the victims of the recent Paris terror attacks [4], saying, "Can I just say something for one second? There's been some sad things happening in the world right now, and I think we should all honor that and take one moment of silence for that, if you guys could.
