It's a difficult time for Kaley Cuoco: her dog Chester passed away on Friday, just one week after she announced the death of her dog Petey [1]. The actress took to Instagram to share the sad news along with two sweet photos of Chester. Her message reads:

"It hasn't been a great week for dogs so with a heavy heart I must tell you, sweet Chester (aka Chedder cheese) has passed away. We rescue these angels blindly and have no idea what problems they may have.. I'm still in shock but I just keep feeling blessed to have him in my life even for a small amount of time. He was such a joy- hilarious ears and followed me everywhere I went. He loved people so so much- loved being held and cuddled. Slept right on my pillow every night. I can sleep knowing that he felt extreme love towards the end of his life. Thank you @pawworks for blessing me with the big eared wonder .."
