Dec. 5 marked a very special day for Saint West: his first birthday! Kourtney followed suit shortly after and posted a shot of herself cradling her nephew [2] at what looks like a hospital, and captioned it, "I can't believe this was one year ago today. Family friend Carla DiBello also chimed in and posted a sweet picture of her own [3], while the rest of the Kardashian clan took to their websites [4] to share similar sentiments. It's safe to assume that Saint was surrounded by love and family as he celebrated his first birthday.
