Kate and Nick were photographed exiting Up&Down nightclub in New York City on Thursday. Kate, who left separately from Nick, flashed her insane abs in a cutout jumpsuit. Nick, however, kept things casual in black pants and a red hoodie.

The pair were reportedly first introduced by Kate's brother Oliver, who works with Nick on the show Scream Queens. While they both have remained tight-lipped about their romance, Nick did give a rather big hint [4] when talking to 97.4 Fresh FM earlier this month. When the interviewer asked him point blank about Kate, he replied: "I'm not gonna get mad at you, but I'm also not gonna talk about it. I keep some things to myself."
