Kim Kardashian [1] has always been an open book, but when she served as the keynote speaker [2] during the #BlogHer16 conference in LA on Friday, she managed to reveal new details about her personal life. The reality star touched on everything from her life as a mom to North and Saint West [3] to why her marriage to Kanye West [4] works to her thoughts on feminism. See her best quotes below!

• On keeping her kids mostly out of the spotlight: "I definitely am really protective of my life with the kids. You might see them on [Keeping Up With the Kardashians] a little bit, but not real stories about them . . . We just don't make stories — Kourtney and I don't makes stories really around our children. They'll be there but if anything that's a benefit because we get to spend more time with them."
• On the rumors that Saint West was never real: "So truly, I was not posting about my son because I wanted him to be able to go to the park every single day like a normal human being and nobody knows who he is . . . He's eight months old now, and people thought he didn't exist. People thought I had a whole fake baby and I made this whole thing up because I wasn't posting about it. And to me, that's so ridiculous."
• On why her marriage to Kanye West works: "We do have a really private relationship. He's very private even though he's in the business and I'm very open, so he's really taught me how to become a little bit more private and I've taught him about how to be a little bit more open. It really works for us. So I definitely save that part of my home life and my life with my kids I try to hold on to."
• On if she considers herself to be a feminist: "I don't think that I am [a feminist]. I don't like labels. I do what makes me happy and I want women to be confident. I am so supportive of women. I love nothing more than when I'm with all my friends and I love to support women, but I'm not a 'free the nipple-type' of girl. If you're not comfortable with that, don't do it! I'm not about the labels. Just be you and be confident in you."
• On why she loves to post naked selfies: "Because I feel good about myself! I mean, after you have a kid and now after you have two kids there is a feeling. I mean, I lost 70 pounds. So when you dedicate yourself getting up every morning, wake up at six in the morning, feeding one baby, get to go work out for an hour, coming back, feeding another baby, my husband, and then come back . . . I'm like, 'I have three people I have to take care of!' You can just get so caught up in not wanting to be motivated. So I made it a really important thing for my confidence and for me to feel good. Have I posted a new selfie since I lost all my baby weight? I don't think so!"
• On how she deals with her haters: "If you were to ask me this question a few years ago, I would definitely have a different answer. I used to care about all of the comments . . . I think as you get older you just mature . . . I have my family. I have my kids. I don't need to sit at home and I don't really have the extra time to look at comments. I know that the hate is out there. When I post something, whether it's a nude selfie or something, I don't post it just to get a reaction. I post it because I like the photo. It could be really something simple, so I'm not really looking at what the comments are."
• On being a successful businesswoman: "If I don't sing and I don't dance but still doing what I'm doing, how easy is my job? I don't have to do any of that. I don't have to be on stage like you working so hard but we're still driving the same car! We're still living the same life! I don't mind getting underestimated but I feel for people that, I understand how it could bother them if they were in the same situation . . . I just love to prove people wrong."
• On where she gets her confidence: "I still don't think everybody really has a thick skin so, I definitely do. I think I have such a great relationship with me and my husband that I feel so confident all the time and I think that does help. At least that helps me. I'm not saying that would help someone else because you should definitely be confident on your own, and I was, but he gives me that extra push."
• On raising her kids: "I hope that they are outspoken and I hope that they follow their truths. And for any mistakes? I hope that they can see that no one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes. I've made a ton, they've been very public — and that you can just get through anything. As long as you surround yourself with your family and your friends and you try not to make the same mistake twice . . . I usually don't make the same mistake twice."
• On when she'll let her kids go online: "Never! Just kidding . . . I think they'll have to ask me and we'll have a conversation about it . . . I feel like I know Kendall and Kylie so much more from watching their Snapchats. And I feel like I know their every move and what they're doing. I also have heard stories of friends with kids that are early teenagers, like they totally catch their kids lying to them and they'll show up where they're at because they see them on Snapchat. So in a way I'll look at the positive knowing I could track their every move and I'll fully stalk them."
