The actress, who recently celebrated her 28th birthday [4], is an avid hiker and has been spotted on trails in Los Angeles with Matthew by her side [5]. On Sunday, she shared snaps throughout the day of her hike in the hills, ending with the shadow photograph. It seems that Lea has truly found love again after the loss of her former boyfriend Cory Monteith [6] in July 2013. Where will Lea and Matthew hit the hiking trails next? Only time will tell.
