He even included a pronunciation guide in the caption: "Bari (Bar-ee) Najma Ali 2/22/17 #pisces." Mahershala welcomes little Bari with his wife, Amatus Sami-Karim, whom he married in 2013 [4]. As stated above, Mahershala is on this year's list of Oscar nominees [5] for his emotional portrayal of Juan in Moonlight [6]. All we're saying is, if his fatherly instincts are anything like his character's, he'll be a great dad.
