Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen [1] were spotted taking a smoke break together outside an office building in NYC on Tuesday. The 29-year-old twins wore matching floor-length white coats while chatting on the street and clutching large coffees. Mary-Kate's wedding ring was also visible; the fashion designer and former actress married French businessman Olivier Sarkozy [2] in Manhattan on Nov. 27 after getting engaged last year.
In addition to her big wedding, Mary-Kate and her sister made news this week when it was finally revealed how their absence from Fuller House would be explained [3]. The twins famously rejected an offer to reprise their role [4] as Michelle Tanner on the Netflix reboot, and Us Weekly reported on Monday that cast members will mention that "Michelle is now living in New York City and working on creating her fashion empire," a nod to the Olsens' real-life gigs as designers for The Row and Elizabeth and James.
