The MTV VMAs were filled with some incredible moments on Sunday night, but one of the best had to be when Jimmy Fallon [1] impersonated Ryan Lochte on stage. Donning his signature bleach blond hair, The Tonight Show host poked fun at the Olympian's recent robbery scandal [2] by reciting the lyrics to Justin Bieber's hit "Sorry." As if that wasn't enough to make your sides hurt from laughter, Michael Phelps [3] was also in the audience taking it all in. At one point, he even took out his phone to record the whole thing on video. Too funny!
