She completed the look with a red lace top, black pants, and blond wig. Meanwhile, Miley's pal also hit a high note in a Clueless costume. The pal dressed in a yellow business suit similar to the one Alicia Silverstone [2], aka Cher Horowitz, dons in the movie.
