All eyes were on Miley Cyrus [1] when she stepped out at James Franco [2]'s Bar Mitzvah, a charity event put on by Funny or Die to benefit the Alzheimer's Association, in LA on Saturday. The 22-year-old first turned heads when she walked the red carpet in a giant flower costume. Later, she changed into something a bit more revealing and hit the stage in a cheeky blue thong leotard.

Of course, this isn't the first time Miley's choice of outfits have gained attention for being rather wacky (for lack of a better word). At this year's MTV VMA's, she donned 11 jaw-dropping looks [3] — one of which was a pig-inspired minidress — and when she hosted Saturday Night Live [4] earlier this month, she kicked off the show wearing a short multicolored flower ensemble [5].
