Miley Cyrus donned her latest ab-baring top yesterday after her Pilates class in LA. She was able to fit one of her regular sessions into a schedule that's jam-packed with commitments centering around her new album and planning a wedding with fiancé Liam Hemsworth. Liam's a busy one, too — he's been jetting around the US in the past week shooting Empire State. It seems Miley had a few free hours to drop by a tattoo parlor, though. As she headed back to her car yesterday, she revealed new ink on her forearm. Miley chose a few lines of a quotation from President Theodore Roosevelt, taken from a speech he gave in 1910. The words include, "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat." Miley actually hinted about the new decoration when she tweeted part of the quote earlier this month.
