Miley Cyrus is front and center on the March cover of Marie Claire as she kicks off her press tour for her upcoming movie LOL, which hits theaters in April. In addition to talking about her big-screen work, Miley finally addressed her headline making use of a bong to inhale salvia last year. She commented that tons of kids her age smoke, but the difference is that they're not famous. She said, "But they're not Miley Cyrus. They're not role models. So for me it was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for." Her statement stopped short of an apology, but she's clearly taking some responsibility for her actions.
