To post #3 -- How can you say he shows no life when the pictures aren't even with anyone? LOL! If you look at the photos with Kristin Scott Thomas it looks like he is showing the proper emotion with her (if you know what his character is supposed to be like and if she is portraying who I think she is). And, you (or anyone) shouldn't just "speed read" 'Water for Elephants'! Don't cheat and only read the sex parts because there is a lot more to the story! LOL! That is a great book and a great story so if you don't actually read the entire book you are missing out for sure! The character of Jacob should be a great character for Rob to portray (let's hope that happens and there doesn't turn out to be some sort of scheduling problem!). I am looking forward to that movie. Again, let's hope it is a good adaptation of the book.

Nice catch post #1! I thought perhaps the tux was for his character, Georges Duroy's, wedding (I've read the book but I won't give any more away . . .). I noticed though that he is actually in a different outfit in picture #4 and not the tux that appears in the other photos. Nice photos besides! :) I think that the book is great and I am excited to see what Rob does with this character . . . I think that there is a lot there for him (let's hope the script is a good adaptation of the book)! You all should read the book. I won't go into specifics but his character is pretty slimy so it should be really nice to see him as sort of a villain! This character should definitely be different compared to the other characters he has portrayed so we should see another side to his acting. Personally, I am loving the period costumes on him . . . seems to fit him . . . maybe it is the English thing! :) By the way, for those interested, the book is French (I read an English translation) and takes place in 1890s Paris; however, I saw an interview with Rob and when questioned about getting stuck with American accents he said he will be speaking in an English accent for 'Bel Ami' but it is set in Paris. So, we should get the English accent! Luv it, can't wait! ;)
