Lindsay Lohan Tries to Do Good For Others, Despite New Damaging Photos, Ahead of Rehab

Lindsay Lohan brought her mom and sister along yesterday to visit a homeless shelter, called the Dream Center, in LA. The afternoon of good work, which was organized by her new business manager, was a sign of progress for Lindsay, who posted $300,000 bail following her Friday appearance in court for failing two drug tests. She was released on the condition of wearing another SCRAM anklet, which was covered up by her latest pair of boots. Lindsay wrote on Twitter about the philanthropic experience, saying, "What a great place The Dream Center is here in LA . . . had a nice time there today, it's so important to give back. I feel blessed." She's expected to report to a live-in rehab facility very soon, but unfortunately that won't be the end of the bad press for LL — new photos were just leaked to a UK tabloid that show the actress allegedly using heroin during a party in 2007.
