Pippa Middleton headed to her London office this morning in London in a cute dress. It was just Pippa Middleton's 28th birthday, but the big day hasn't gotten in the way of her work week. The Middleton clan may have more than her milestone to celebrate amid rumors Pippa's big sister, Kate, is pregnant. However, it seems Carole and Michael Middleton won't be grandparents just yet. Palace spokespeople denied Kate's having twins, with a rep saying, "Suffice to say that were it true, it would be us that announces [a pregnancy]."
