Busy Philipps grabbed a meal at Hugo's in West Hollywood yesterday, taking to the warm West Coast weather in a sundress. Her baby bump was on display in a floral-print maxi as she laughed with a friend on their way into the healthy eatery. Busy broke the news that she's expecting her second baby back in December and has maintained her hectic schedule ever since. Her TBS comedy, Cougar Town, entered into a fourth season in January, and she stepped in as the social media ambassador at this year's SAG Awards. Busy tweeted cute candid celebrity photos throughout the evening but took it easy on Oscars Sunday, tweeting about a taco night at her house instead.
