Prince William and Kate Middleton's eight-day tour of Canada [1] just keeps getting better and better. After their adorable arrival [2] on Saturday, the royal pair brought out their two children [3], Prince George and Princess Charlotte, once more for a party for military families held at the Government House in Victoria, British Columbia, on Thursday. While George looked quite amused as he played with bubbles, Charlotte stole the spotlight with her sweet smile and enthusiasm for balloons.
