Prince William came to the aid of a little girl who was seriously injured in a car crash in England this week. The BBC reported [1] that on Wednesday, the Duke of Cambridge was one of the first responders at an accident between two cars in the town of Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire; the vehicles collided, and one of them struck a 9-year-old girl who was crossing the street. William, who is a pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance [2], arrived on the scene and helped fly the victim to the nearest hospital. The young pedestrian suffered a broken pelvis and legs [3] and is reportedly in critical condition. A second girl also sustained minor injuries in the crash.
