Where has Rob Lowe been hiding his ridiculously good-looking son John?! The actor posted a sweaty workout selfie [2] to Instagram on Tuesday, and, needless to say, you're going to be impressed. In the pic, a shirtless Rob appears to be finishing up a grueling training session with John, 20, while they both stare into the camera with almost identical sets of blue eyes. He captioned the cute snap, "Generational #Fitness with @johnnylowe #Essential #Results #ForeverYoung #Profile4Men." Rob and his wife of 24 years, Sheryl Berkoff, are also parents of their other son, Matthew.

The steamy photo just further proves what the world already knows: Rob was, and will always be, one of the sexiest men in Hollywood [3].
