After arriving in Australia on Wedensday, Prince William and Kate Middleton's latest excursion brought them to the Blue Mountains just west of Sydney. There they met some of the families affected by the devastating bush fires that swept through the area in October last year. An especially sweet moment came when a few little girls dressed like Disney princesses presented Kate with some flowers. Don't forget! Kate is technically a princess. Next, the Duke and Duchess are set to attend a local event with a collection of residents and community groups.
Day one in Australia was jam-packed as well, complete with a very antsy Prince George, a giant stuffed bear, and a visit to the Sydney Opera House. Prior to the visit in Australia, the royals gave us plenty of spectacular moments during their time in New Zealand, including (but not limited to) Prince George's wiggly arms and Kate's boat-race victory against Will. We can only hope that Australia will continue to bring us more amazing tour moments, and of course, more Prince George!
