Ryan Gosling [1] and Emma Stone [2] officially kicked off their press tour for La La Land [3] when they stepped out for the film's premiere in LA on Tuesday evening. While they walked the red carpet separately — Emma stunned in a gorgeous blue dress and Ryan looked handsome in a suit and tie — the stars met up inside and posed for photos together. In the movie, which opens in a limited release on Dec. 9 then wide on Dec. 16, Emma plays an aspiring actress who works as a barista [4] on the Warner Bros. lot opposite Ryan's Sebastian, a jazz pianist who has big dreams of opening his own club someday.
