According to TMZ, Justin popped the question while on vacation with Hailey [4] in the Bahamas on July 7. While many fans awaited ex Selena's reaction to the breaking news, a photo from the 25-year-old singer's New York getaway on Sunday shows that Selena was all smiles while boating with her friends.
