Shannen Doherty is a fighter. Just one week after finishing chemo [1], the actress attended the Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation's Gratitude Gala in LA on Saturday night. Shannen was joined by husband Kurt Iswarienko [2] and animal activist Marc Ching, and she appeared to be in good spirits [3] as she hit the red carpet. "I feel great. I mean, I feel good, I'm super positive, I'm happy with where I'm at right now," she told Us Weekly. "Cancer, for me, as hard as it is, has been a blessing. It has changed who I am as a human being forever. It's altered my life in ways I can't even speak of." Once inside, Shannen shared a photo of her and Kurt on Instagram, writing, "Tonight @animalhopeandwellness full house and with my love @kurtiswarienko #ahwfgala."

Ever since revealing to the world that she was diagnosed with breast cancer, Shannen has been incredibly open about her journey [4]. In addition to attending fundraisers [5], she's also been documenting how she's "fighting like a girl" on social media [6]. Most recently, Shannen uploaded a video of her impressive dance workout [7] on social media, and we must say, she's got moves! We just love seeing Shannen happy!
