Simon Cowell Skips Divorce Court to Go Shirtless in Sardinia

Simon Cowell shed his shirt to soak in the sun on a yacht off the coast of Sardinia, Italy, yesterday. He was joined by a bevy of bikini-clad women as well as a few male companions for the leisurely afternoon on the water. Simon's day could have taken a much different turn since it was rumored that he may have to make a court appearance in connection with his reportedly pregnant mistress Lauren Silverman's divorce proceedings. It turns out that Simon was not summoned afterall since the divorce was settled yesterday, bringing a close to Lauren's 10-year union with her now ex-husband, Andrew Silverman. Earlier this month, it was revealed that the Manhattan socialite is expecting a child with Simon Cowell.
