Joe Manganiello turned 39 years old on Monday, and his wife, Sofia Vergara, made sure his day was extra special. The Modern Family actress took to Instagram on Dec. 28 to share a cute photo of the pair out celebrating as well as a throwback photo from their wedding with a touching message. In one snapshot, the couple is seen in a sweet embrace at their wedding reception. "Happy bday to the husband I always dreamed of," Sofia wrote, to which Joe replied on Twitter, writing in his wife's native tongue, "¡Te amo!" In the other photo, the pair enjoy a chocolaty dessert during a low-key dinner.

This is the first birthday that Joe has celebrated since tying the knot with Sofia in a lavish ceremony in Florida [2] in November. Since then, they've stepped out for a few sweet date nights, including a fun outing at the Star Wars premiere [3] in LA in early December.
