Sofia Vergara solidified her status as one of the most vivacious women in Hollywood when she took over the Emmy Awards on Sunday night. From the second she arrived on the red carpet in her stunning, figure-flattering Vera Wang gown, it was obvious that whether or not she took home a trophy, Sofia would still make it a night to remember. While Sofia was nominated for her fourth consecutive year as outstanding supporting actress in a comedy series for her role as Gloria Pritchett-Delgado in Modern Family, she lost out to Nurse Jackie star Merritt Wever. In any case, Sofia did make a sizzling appearance when she took over the stage to present an award with funnyman Jimmy Kimmel, and also left her cares on the dance floor when she tore it up with family, friends, and costars at the HBO and Fox Emmys afterparties.
