Those of us who remember buying the single may have a hard time stomaching the fact that it's been over 22 years since The Spice Girls released their first hit, "Wannabe [1]." After ruling the charts for a number of years, the girls moved on to new lives [2]: raising families, hosting radio shows, judging TV talent shows, and ruling the runway [3]. But now they're back! Well, 4 of them, anyway. Baby, Sporty, Scary, and Ginger (aka Emma, Mel C, Mel B [4], and Geri) are reuniting for a UK tour [5], and we couldn't be happier.
If the reactions are anything to go by, Spice fever shows no signs of abating [6]. So if you can't make it to the UK to enjoy the show, we've got the next best thing: take a ride in the Spice Girls time machine (the Spice Bus?), and enjoy look back at the band over the last two decades.
