Bill Paxton tragically passed away at age 61 [1] this week due to complications from surgery. The iconic Hollywood actor is known for his role in films [2] like Apollo 13, Titanic, and Twister, and on Sunday, he got a fitting tribute from a group of fans. Bill, who played a former weather researcher and storm chaser in 1996's Twister, was remembered by a group of real-life storm chasers when they lit up Tornado Alley with his initials by coordinating their GPS locations. If you remember the film (honestly, it's a classic, so how could you not?), Bill's character attempts to study the inside structure of a tornado in order to produce a more advanced storm warning system. Wherever Bill is now, we sure he's extremely proud.
